Stop clicking through folders. Just ask.
EverFound is your company’s memory. It reads every file on your shared drive and lets your team find anything by typing what they're after. It shows the newest version first. No more “where’s that saved?”

Sample files from a made-up freight company. Your team would see your own.
Your shared drive was designed in 1995.
Folders only work if everyone files things the same way. Nobody does. So people dig, guess, open the wrong version, and message whoever might know.
Seven clicks and a guess
…or was it v4?
One sentence
Your files, finally organised. Without anyone organising them.
Ask in plain English
Dates, amounts, customers, file types. EverFound understands how people actually ask.

Good questions.
Do we have to move our files?
No. Your files stay exactly where they are, on your shared drive or in your folders. EverFound reads them and builds a search index on top. Nothing is moved, renamed or deleted.
Are our files uploaded anywhere?
Not in the current version. Files are read on your own computers and the index stays there. When Microsoft 365 support arrives, we'll explain exactly what's stored, where, and who can see it, before you switch it on.
Can staff see files they shouldn't?
No. EverFound only finds files that person can already open. It doesn't grant any extra access.
Web app or desktop app?
Both come with every plan. The web app works in Chrome and Edge. The Windows desktop app adds the shortcut, background updates and opening files straight in Office.
What happens after the free trial?
You choose a plan, or it simply stops. We don't charge anything without you choosing to subscribe.
